Anointing of Sick:

Please contact the Parish Office as needs necessitate. A Healing Mass is offered twice a year, once in the Fall and once during Lent.

 

Funerals:

Please contact the Parish Office at any time as your needs necessitate.

  • Holy Week Schedule

    Palm Sunday, April 14th

    4:30PM Mass (Saturday, April 13th), 7:30, 9:45 & 11:30AM Mass Sunday

    A Palm Sunday Procession will take place at the start of the 9:45AM Mass. Those able are invited to gather in the Parish Hall at 9:30AM for the blessing and distribution of palms before joining in the procession up to the main church.

    At this Mass priests from throughout the Diocese will renew their priestly promises before the Bishop, and the oils to be used for the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Anointing of the Sick and Holy Orders will be blessed. Participation in the Chrism Mass is a beautiful way to pray for and support the priests of the Diocese of Scranton.

    According to the instruction in the Roman Missal, the celebration of the Lord’s Passion begins “in the afternoon, about three o’clock, unless pastoral reasons suggest a later hour.” This is to accommodate those who would otherwise be unable to attend because of work.
